Return Policy

At ProMat Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items.

• Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your mat must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at orders.promat@gmail.com with your order number to begin the return process.

Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund promptly. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
